1. All Bank Guarantee Issuance Services:
We do issue Bid Bond Guarantee, Performance Guarantee, Advance Payment Guarantee, Retention Money Guarantee, Warrantee Guarantee and Custom Bond Guarantee in participating and executing your project against counter Guarantees of any renowned Banks in China or any other acceptable Banks in abroad at a very preferential commission rate with reasonable terms and conditions in comparison with the existing rates with other banks in Bangladesh.

2. Opening of Company Foreign Currency (Dollar) Account and Project BDT Account:
We also open Foreign Currency (Dollar) Account in the name of your Mother Company and BDT Project Account against your project with the Government of Bangladesh. We will provide at a preferential exchange rate while bringing USD from abroad and converting into BDT Project Account. We are expert and efficient, regarding the transactions of these accounts which facilitate you to make banking with us very conveniently and execute your project very smoothly.

3. Opening of BDT Account against your Branch/Liaison/Representative Office:
We also open BDT Account for your office expenditure against your permission as Branch / Liaison / Representative Office from Bangladesh Investment Development Authority in Bangladesh.

4. Opening of Temporary Non Resident Taka Account:
We can also open Temporary Non Resident Taka Account to form as foreign owned private limited company through Registrar of Joint Stock Company in Bangladesh. With this Temporary NRTA Account, you can bring USD from abroad and convert it into BDT as share capital and we will issue Encashment Certificate to help register your proposed company in Bangladesh.

5. Opening of BDT Account against Registered Private Limited Company in Bangladesh:
You also avail by opening BDT account (Non-Interest bearing/Current Account or Interest Bearing/Short-term Notice Deposit (SND) Account in the name of your company registered as Private Limited Company through Registrar of Joint Stock Companies (RJSC) in Bangladesh. You have the privileges to avail all sorts of transactional services permitted as local firm in Bangladesh. You can make payment by issuing Cheque, or BEFTN (Payment to be made in 1 day) or RTGS payment mechanism (Payment to be made in 1 hour).

6. Importing Facilities by opening LC:
We do open Cash sight or deferred LC at a preferential commission rate i.e.0.15% per quarter and other terms and conditions for importing capital machineries and other equipment for your project against 100% cash margin or less than 100% cash margin (by negotiation) upon cash retirement. (Document checklist enclosed for opening LC). Moreover, we also issue custom bond guarantees against either 100% cash margin or 100% counter guarantee from any acceptable bank in abroad for importing capital machineries and other equipment as re-export basis for executing the project smoothly in Bangladesh. It may be mentioned here that we have a very good rapport with our central bank to obtain NOC permission within a very short period of time at the time of re-export of machineries back to domicile after finishing the projects.

7. Individual Salary/ Personal Savings Account for foreign employees of the project:
We also open your individual salary account and provide cheque book, internet banking services and debit card services (VISA or Master) by which you can withdraw money through over 127 ATM machines and purchases your products and services through POS machines at different outlets in Bangladesh. We can also remit back 75% of your salary for foreign expertise to the domicile against total salary upon submission of work permit from Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) in Bangladesh.
